The site is operated by YachTinALL, Istanbul, Turkey. It introduces our yacht survey, sales and acquisition, charter, marina organisation and refit management services.
2. Information only
Content on this site is general information. It is not a binding offer, a technical opinion on a specific vessel, or legal, financial or insurance advice. The scope, price and conditions of any service are agreed in writing between you and us before work begins.
3. Images
Photographs on the site are presentation copies edited for confidentiality. They do not identify vessels, owners or clients and do not represent a specific vessel for sale or charter.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and images on this site belong to Yachtinall or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.
5. Links and third-party services
Contact on this site is provided through WhatsApp, a third-party service with its own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external services and websites.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the general information on this site. Our liability for services is governed by the written agreement for those services.

Kullanım Şartları
Bu şartlar yachtinall.com sitesinin kullanımına uygulanır. Siteyi kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Site hakkında
Site YachTinALL, İstanbul, Türkiye tarafından işletilmektedir. Yat ekspertizi, alım satım, kiralama, marina organizasyonu ve refit yönetimi hizmetlerimizi tanıtır.
2. Bilgilendirme amaçlıdır
Sitedeki içerik genel bilgi niteliğindedir. Bağlayıcı bir teklif, belirli bir tekne hakkında teknik görüş veya hukuki, mali ya da sigorta danışmanlığı değildir. Her hizmetin kapsamı, ücreti ve koşulları iş başlamadan önce sizinle yazılı olarak kararlaştırılır.
3. Görseller
Sitedeki fotoğraflar gizlilik için düzenlenmiş tanıtım kopyalarıdır. Tekne, armatör veya müşteri kimliğini göstermez ve satılık ya da kiralık belirli bir tekneyi temsil etmez.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Sitedeki metinler, tasarım, logo ve görseller Yachtinall’a aittir veya izinle kullanılmaktadır. Yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz ve ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
5. Bağlantılar ve üçüncü taraf hizmetleri
Sitedeki iletişim, kendi kullanım koşulları olan üçüncü taraf bir hizmet olan WhatsApp üzerinden sağlanır. Harici hizmet ve sitelerin içeriğinden veya uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve sorumluluk
Sitenin doğru ve erişilebilir olması için özen gösteririz, ancak her zaman hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
